Schedule inputs
The planner performs schedule calculations in browser JavaScript. It does not provide an application endpoint for uploading schedules or creating user accounts.
Local browser storage
The current setup may be saved in local storage on the device so it can be restored later. Clearing site data removes that copy.
Share links
The share function encodes planner settings in the URL fragment after #. URL fragments are normally handled by the browser and are not included in the HTTP request for the page. Anyone who receives the complete link can read the encoded names and schedule settings, so use non-identifying labels when privacy matters.
Exports
CSV and iCalendar files are generated in the browser. The user decides where those files are saved or imported.
Hosting and security logs
Cloudflare or another hosting provider may process IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, response status and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
Advertising
Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalisation. The publisher identifier is pub-5872963397143371.
